Jaks Villa

Jaks Villa is a townhome that is a 5 minute drive to the IOMB campus. The home within walking distance of a QuickTrip (fully stocked gas station), local library and many food options. Jaks Villa is fully furnished with WiFi and is only rented out to IOMB students. Each room has their own desk.

Transportation to/from IOMB:  The Residence Inn and the Fairfield Inn & Suites have partnered together to provide shuttle service for IOMB students.  PLEASE NOTE:  This service is subject to the hotels receiving 20 or more room reservations combined between the two hotels.  If the number of reservations hits this minimum, the hotels will provide one scheduled run to the IOMB campus each morning and one each evening Monday through Friday and on mock board Saturdays.  If rooms have been booked at both locations, the shuttle will pick up at the Fairfield and then the Residence Inn. Please contact James or the Residence Inn to check the status of the amount of rooms booked.

This all-suite hotel opened in 2019 and offers 1, 2 and 3 bedroom suites with fully equipped kitchens and washer/dryer IN ROOM. The two and three suites have two bathrooms and offer a shared living space, which includes furnished living and dining area with full size kitchen.  Each room has its own privacy door and bathroom which is ideal for privacy when sharing the space.  WaterWalk hotel is conveniently located close to local restaurants and shopping as well as access to all major highways.
