Unless otherwise stated below, all programs are located in Overland Park, Kansas (a city within the Kansas City metropolitan area). 

2026 Dates:

All students (MD and DO) are required to have their own UWorld subscription. DO students are also required to have a TrueLearn account.

Step 1/Level 1: All programs are 7 weeks unless otherwise noted. The in-person 7-week programs cost $ 4,200. The virtual, live-online 7-week programs are $ 3,950. The 3-week question-based, test-taking Bootcamps cost $1600 online; and $1950 in-person.

IOMB also offers 14-week programs. Students may choose to complete half of the program online and half in Kansas City, or complete the full program either online or in Kansas City. These programs cost $5,700.

• August 3rd – September 19th, 2026, Kansas City in person and Online (No class on August 24th; and Labor Day – September 7th)
